HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?

Please allow at least 2 weeks notice for all orders, though we typically book up 4-6 weeks in advance.

DO YOU TAKE LAST MINUTE ORDERS AND IS THERE A RUSH FEE FOR LAST MINUTE ORDERS?

Yes, if we are able to accommodate a last minute order we will let you know. Last minute orders are subject to a 25% rush fee.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR CUSTOM COOKIES, IS THERE A DEPOSIT?

Click here to submit an order inquiry. We will contact you within 24-48 hours. Payment in full is required to complete your order. Your order is not on our calendar without payment. (Payment plans available for large orders.) If we have not heard back from you within 48 hours, the date you are interested in may go to the next inquiry that we receive.
